History

Estate Net Prestige was established in 2001 by Jan-Erik Lilloe as a portal for international second home buyers. The online portal enabled clients and vendors to find each other across international borders by translating French listings into 7 international languages. Estate Net offered an online alternative at a time when other local estate agents had little or no online offering. Estate Net proved such a success in its first year and highlighted an appetite for an international agency which in turn led to the creation of the agency Estate Net, run by Fredrik Lilloe, in 2002. Estate Net has since become the largest agent in the South of France for the Scandinavian market. Estate Net operates and has agency experience across Hotels, New Developments, Coastal and Inland re-sales.  Estate Net has been involved with many prestigious properties in the Cote d’Azur and is an established and trusted company, which encompasses the ethos that the Knight Frank International Network is passionate to pursue, working with the most respected local companies throughout the world offering the best in local knowledge and global reach.
