Located at the gates of Cannes and Nice, between the impressive red cliffs of the Estérel and the forests of the Tanneron, stands Mandelieu-la-Napoule, a charming town offering a wonderful panorama. Considered one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the French Riviera, Mandelieu-la-Napoule is a dream destination for tourists and investors alike.

Mandelieu-la-Napoule was settled by the Romans about 2000 years ago. The façade of the port is still dominated today by a magnificent fortress, which was destroyed and rebuilt several times over the past centuries. The Villeneuve family built it in the 14th century, before it became a glass factory in the 19th century. Acquired in 1918 by the American artist Henry Clews Jr. and his wife, the dilapidated property was renovated: its remarkable terraces that offer spectacular views of the Mediterranean, fountains and topiaries embellished the gardens. Today, the castle of Mandelieu-la-Napoule is classified as a historical monument. Renowned for its light, scents and colours, Mandelieu-la-Napoule has a real love affair with the mimosa that grows in abundance on the surrounding hills and in the city's gardens. Every year, in January and February, this sun-coloured tree illuminates the dull season spectacularly. A famous and popular festival in its honour has become traditional and brings together visitors and locals alike. Choosing Mandelieu-la-Napoule means enjoying the charm of a quiet little town where there is no lack of leisure and activities. Restaurants and cafés, but also museums and galleries, water sports and hiking trails, and 2 golf courses offers an array of opportunities to have fun and enjoy the surrounding unspoilt nature.
